Included within the studio hire is a small but pretty restroom with toilet and antique cast iron sink unit, with ample room for models to change in privacy, however there is no natural light in this room so the make-up desk with dimmable led bulb Hollywood mirror in the main studio is the best place to do hair and make-up. There is also a newly decorated pretty kitchenette, with all new appliances and tableware including:

• Kettle, toaster, mini fridge

• Tea towels

• Cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses for 6 people

• Teas, coffee, milk etc;…

• Border biscuits (yum!)

 No smoking allowed anywhere inside or outside the property.
