JENNY:

I‘m Jenny, and I own Studio1853. I have been a full time professional model for 13 years, the first 4 of which I was signed to top London agencies Models1, Nevs, IMM and BMA, before realising that freelance modelling, organising my own shoots and talking directly to clients was the path for me!

Having started at the ripe old age of 17, I have experience in all genres including commercial, lifestyle, bridal, TV, fashion, editorial, fitness and luxury, and consider myself very lucky to have worked with some incredible brands including Asprey, Tatler, Harrods, the Ritz, Marks & Spencer, Country & Townhouse, Links of London and Apple. This experience has also taught me a lot about poses, expressions and angles, so whatever the moodboard, I WILL make it happen!

13 years as a model and being on set with some amazing h&mu artists has taught me a lot about hair and make-up, and I am very capable of creating multiple and very varied hair and make-up styles to include up or down hair styles, boho or sleek, wild or understated curls, minimal, classic, smokey, dewey or natural make-up, all perfect for bridal, commercial, lifestyle and any other genres.

Studio1853 and everything it has to offer, is located on the ground floor of our home, so I (therefore you) have access to my full ‘work’ wardrobe and being a complete shopaholic, this means countless shoes, dresses, day wear, evening wear, jewellery and accessories are at your disposal should you need anything to add to your own collection.

 I am in good shape thanks to posing, renovating our home and the odd power walk. I drink gallons of water a day and take very good care of my skin and nails and will always be ready with a natural make-up, nude coloured nails, and my naturally dried hair, unless asked otherwise the day before. (It’s easier to start natural and build on it than to tone it down once it’s on).

Katrin has been modelling, acting, dancing and performing for even longer than I have, and specialises in commercial, skincare, lifestyle and bridal work. She came to London 6 years ago all the way from Sweden and is incredibly hard working and versatile, and is willing to travel from London to shoot here at Studio1853.

Katrin’s list of clients and brands with whom she has worked is endless, but Glossybox, Amazon, Boots, Wella,  Selfridges, McVities, Tangle Teezer, Heidi Klein, Volvo and Philips are just the tip of the iceberg!

She is also a presenter, voice-over artist, dancer and hand model.

Katrin is also very capable of doing her own hair and make-up throughout the day. She is such a natural beauty so minimal ‘no make-up’ looks suit her so well, although she can also do more evening, smokey looks and other styles which work perfectly with bridal and lifestyle shoots. 

Coming all the way from London, Katrin may not have access to as many clothes as me but she does have a great wardrobe to compliment what you bring, and since they’re her own clothes, there’s no need to worry about what size to bring!
